Institut fuer Rundfunktechnik GmbH ( IRT ), founded in 1956, is the research and development institute

of the public broadcasters in Germany ( ARD, ZDF, DLR), Austria (ORF), and Switzerland (SRG/SSR).

Pixel Instruments Corporation designs and manufactures innovative audio and video signal processing products

with an emphasis on the measurement and correction of lip sync errors. These products are used in a wide

range of broadcast, cable television, video production and related applications. Current products include the

LipTracker Lip Sync Analyzer, Audio Delay Synchronizers for automatic lip sync correction and Tally/GPI Interfaces.
